Due to a change in the Eversource billing system you will now need your 11 digit account number and 8 digit service reference number to enroll in the program. You can see a sample bill with the service reference number on the second page here.

Please use the secure online form below to enroll in one of the Somerville CCE products if you are not already in the Program. If enrolling, once service has begun, the program price will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles for your enrollment to be processed.
If you’re already participating in Somerville CCE, you can also use this form to opt up to Somerville 100% Local Green or to change to Somerville Local Green or Somerville Basic. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles for the new program option rate you select to be reflected on your electricity bills.
Please note: If you are a new medium, large or very large business customer, or have previously opted out of the Program, the supplier has the option to offer a market price. Market prices will be offered by the electricity supplier in writing, and you will not be enrolled in that price unless you affirmatively accept.
